Stands and Base Options
Configurable Table Base
An important part of our Dispense Cell Solution is the base to mount the robot with your dispensing head and hardware. A table-type base is a convenient place to conveniently applying glue or sealant to your parts where no table currently exists.
The table solution comes in this standard size:
- 30″ x 38″ x 36″ H
Custom table sizes can be created to fit your project requirements. Our dispense experts can guide you in selecting the perfect solution for the base portion of your cell.

The Robot27 Process
Robot27 uses a 3-step process to assess your current manual process and to ensure that our automated system can satisfy your material dispensing needs. There is no cost for this service.
Discussion with one of our knowledgeable application engineers
Your Current Manual Process
We want to thoroughly understand how your current manual process is performed. What issues are you trying to address and resolve? What is your current throughput? What are your throughput expectations?
Preparing to Automate
If this is your first experience with industrial robotics and automation, we will also discuss and familiarize you with some of the peripheral considerations to implementing automation that are different than that using a manual process. Our aim? No surprises.
Material Sample for Testing for Application Feasibility Study
We will ask you to provide a sample of the current material you are using to test in our lab. This allows us to confirm that your material will work with our system.
Application Feasibility Study Report (AFS-R)
Once the feasibility study is complete, you will receive a written Application Feasibility Study Report detailing our findings.
We will list our testing methodology and provide a confidence score from 1 ~ 5. A score of 5 would indicate high confidence, while a score of 4 would be high confidence with provisions. Only AFS-R reports with a score of 4 or 5 will also include a quotation.
AFS-R reports with lower scores may still be provided to the customer indicating the reasons for the score. If possible, we will provide our recommendations for potential ways to address the problems identified in the report.
